The simplicity of the way Google creates and popularises most of its products and services can be again seen by the way they have announced the Inserting images, in Gmail in their official blog.

All users who have logged in to Gmail for the last couple of days would have noticed the subtle link at the left bottom portion of the log out page. Google team knows exactly how to make the users click the link they want.

The feature is essentialy the same thing that most bloggers would be used to, for inserting images in their blogs.

However this has made creating interesting messages easier, and all reciepents can look forward to messages that have images as part of the story (mail) rather than as attachments after the story.
